We know that occasionally you may want to return an item so below are instructions on how to do so. If your product is incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer services team before returning your item(s).
Home Approval Period - unused, unwanted purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please note self-assembly items cannot be returned if they have been partially or fully assembled. Please check all self-assembly products for damage and missing pieces before starting to assemble them.
To return an item:
Simply complete the returns form that came with your goods including the reasons why you are returning the product(s) to us. Please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the returns form then choose one of our returns options below to send the parcel to us within 30 days.
If you would like an exchange for your product or a different size please put these details into the notes section on the returns form. If we do have stock, we will send this by return. If no stock is available, we will refund you returned items to your original method of payment.
Refunds will be credited within 30 days of us receiving your returned goods, but usually much sooner.
Standard Collection only £1.99
We offer a courier collection service for unsuitable returns for just £1.99 via Yodel. This covers all items apart from those which require a two man delivery (large TV’s, furniture etc) in which case the fee is £19.95.
To arrange to have your order collected simply give our customer services team a call on 0344 811 8114 (Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm). Payment will be deducted from your refund and you can choose the collection day, unfortunately we are unable to specify a time. If you are unable to be in for the collection please consider one of the options below.
Return via Collect + only £1.99
You can now use Collect+ to return parcels to Bargain Crazy for only £1.99!
To do this, you will need to use a Collect+ return label which you can get by contacting our Customer Services team.
Please note the £1.99 will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is faulty please contact our customer care team for more assistance.
If you prefer to return your order to us via an alternative method you do not need to contact us. Please note, however, that we can only offer the return rates above when you choose to return via our Courier or Collect+ via our Customer Services team.
Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt. However this right does not apply to personalised products, perishable goods and recordable devices (including laptops, cameras, mobile phones) and computer software which has been opened. if you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days, starting the day after you received the goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us or make them available for collection. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining them in a shop before purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us if you cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Disposal of Waste Electrical Products
Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have contributed to a national fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities. You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit http://www.recycle-more.co.uk. It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
Disposal of Waste Batteries
We offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Simply return your waste batteries to any Littlewoods Clearance store. To find your nearest store go to www.littlewoodsclearance.co.uk/stores.html. Please do not post any batteries. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will also have collection bins for used batteries.
